Questioner

Day, As a starting entrepreneur I took over a pin from the previous owner of the store. However, it had to be changed to my name. So everything was arranged and the contract signed. However, there was still 1 transaction before it became official. The employee had told me that I had to be present on a certain day so that we could prepare the pin. I waited all day but in vain. I called several times, no one could help me. Then 3 days later I was told that I had to pay the invoice first. However, this invoice still had 20 days until it had to be paid. Now I don't want to continue with this company. After that it became a very bad story. I have to pay and it was better to continue with them. I said no thanks. But they said then we have to charge money. No less than 350 euros because they have put a lot of work into me. While I have not used any of their services. The contract does not contain a notice period or anything like that. It was a little over a month ago. Is this allowed? They say we can only cancel your contract if you return the ATM and pay the invoice. I don't get it. I find it very coercive.

You have taken over the device and the service, the conditions determine from here how the rights and obligations are divided. I find it strange that you are treated badly, you may put the company in default and claim the damages that you have made because you had to wait for nothing. Redemption can indeed be arranged in the conditions, how long does the contract last? The money that they claim from you must be based on some provision in the contract so you ask after that?
