Legal questions about comparative advertising

Questioner

Hello, Since January I started my own funeral business. In a message that I posted on Social media I named Monuta and Dela. Now I was called by a local entrepreneur of Monuta that I am not allowed to use the name Monuta. If I do this it will cost me money. Is this correct? Am I not allowed to use the name? There was nothing negative or insulting about what I wrote.

If your reporting can be seen as an advertorial, you may make comparative advertising as long as you do not disparage only one competitor but include several in it. Furthermore, it must be objective and not sow confusion, for example. Furthermore, I would have to judge what exactly is going on.
