Questioner

Good day, I am a restaurant manager. 2 weeks ago I entered into an agreement. That is with a company that gives discounts. Signed for approval. It felt like a hasty decision to me, so I sent an email a week later saying I was cancelling after all. The following week I spoke to them verbally and they stuck to their guns and continued with the agreement. I also verbally stated that I no longer wanted it. Their counterargument is that I signed. And in their own agreement I can no longer get out of it. I really don't have a leg to stand on. What are my options? I don't want to do business with them anymore. Greetings,

As a business entrepreneur, you are in principle bound by the agreement, unless there is deception or error. In that case, the agreement can be annulled, but you will first have to prove this. In some cases, you can appeal to the reflex action, but that will have to be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you wish, you can contact me directly for consultation.
