Rights at the company doctor: what to do?

I have a telephone appointment with the company doctor soon because I am unable to go to the appointment myself. This has been approved by the company doctor, but my employer thinks that I should come by and she has made an appointment to come by, but I have not heard this from the company doctor myself, I still have a telephone appointment with him.
