Legal advice on pension payments

Questioner

In 1995 I got divorced and his pension was not arranged via the agreement. Now he has the obligation to pay me my pension share. He is now 69 years old and paid it properly in 2015 and 2016. Now he has stopped paying. I have been in contact with his pension fund, who again pointed out that he has to pay it. We were married for 20 years and I am entitled to approximately 450.00 euros annually. What can I do now?
