Legal Advice for Car Problems - Legal Advice

Questioner

Dear Sir/Madam. I bought a car from a dealer. Reviews were good, test drive. Did everything to buy the right car. Purchase of the car was 10,000 euros. Within two weeks the clutch plates needed replacing. We had this repaired, we thought it could happen. Only two months later, we unfortunately stood still along the road. This with a price tag of 3500 euros. This with the clutch plates this comes within three months with a price tag of 5000 euros. Half of what the car cost. The dealer wanted to think along at first because he found it very annoying. But he still had to let us know that we are all in this together. We did indeed have a month of warranty. But can we expect anything outside the warranty? And can we fall back on something. Thanks a lot in advance.

Lawyer

Of course, you are still entitled to a guarantee. The conformity of the purchased car is also at stake. The car dealer will have to compensate for the damage or proceed with repairs. If desired, I can provide you with legal assistance in this regard. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
