Get the right to a care discount on alimony

Questioner

I have been paying child support for years. The children stay with me on average one day a week. The judge has already ruled on the amount of child support, but the care discount has never been determined. How can I still be entitled to a care discount? My ex does not want to cooperate with this. Should I settle this myself? Or should I request a revision of the maintenance and therefore start a procedure? I'd like to hear it,

In the first calculation, that care discount is applied, some things have changed in 2015. In connection with a higher child-related budget. You could indeed have a new calculation made, but this could also be to your disadvantage. You can always try to work it out together after you have had a sample calculation made.
