Legal Advice on Buying Out a Hair Salon

I gambled with company money from the hair salon but within three weeks it was returned. Now my co-owner no longer wants to continue with me and has now appropriated the hair salon. She will have to buy me out now and only wants to give an amount of 6,000 euros while we have a turnover of 110,000. I think that is not fair. Can I challenge this in court or is she right?

You can contest this because the buyout amount is very low compared to the turnover. Furthermore, it depends on what has been contractually agreed between you.
