Rights in case of Garage Problems - Free Legal Advice

Brought my car to the garage for repairs. After 3 weeks the car was ready according to the garage. But on the way back the problems appeared to be back and even more broken. Called the garage immediately and they responded that the car was left working fine and that they had not been near the part that was also broken. I have already paid almost 500 euros. Now the garage has sent a quote with a part that still needs to be replaced of approximately 1000 euros. As a gesture of goodwill they do not charge any labor costs. What are my rights?

If it concerns the same problems, you can put the garage in default for free repair. If it concerns a different problem, this is at your own expense, unless you can demonstrate that the problem is related to the repair. In that case, the garage must repair it. If you cannot (yet) resolve it together, I will look into your case.
