My wife is about to get a divorce, I don't want to but she wants to push through, I am the bread winner and pay all the expenses at home. My question is I want to leave the house and still continue to pay the fixed costs until the divorce is finalized. Is that possible? And what are the consequencesLawyer
Yes, you can continue to pay all charges. You will then have a claim on your - currently - spouse. You can also waive this and agree to continue paying everything.
