Assistance with bailiff issues – Legal Aid Office

I have been in debt to the bank since 1992. In all these yarin the deferred tax payer has seized my income. I ask the deferred tax payer for an overview of these seized amounts but I do not get it, what can I do?

I advise you to request the bailiff in writing to send you an overview of the amounts paid by you since 1992 and of the principal and the remainder to date. I advise you to state that if you are not informed immediately, you will hand over the case and that the bailiff will be liable for the costs you have to make. Do you have any questions? If the bailiff does not comply with your request, you can also file a complaint with the Chamber of Bailiffs at the Amsterdam District Court. A threat of doing so is usually sufficient.
