Legal terms in quotes

Questioner

When making a quote I end with the following sentence: The DuPHo terms and conditions apply to this quotation, which you can find in the appendix to the quotation. Is it legally necessary to also include this sentence in the quotation: The applicability of the general terms and conditions of the other party is hereby expressly rejected. I thought it was a double sentence because your conditions only apply. But how is this legally? Do you have to mention the second sentence in a quote? please your answer

Excluding other people's terms and conditions is sometimes necessary, especially in bb international where it is sometimes unclear which law applies. It can also be used if there are considerations other than in money, for terms, etc. Incidentally, it is possible that both parties include their own terms and conditions applicability clause and then the question remains whose terms and conditions apply. Usually the terms and conditions of the executing party.
