Good afternoon, Did not receive a product, received reminders, no proof, apparently not necessary under 200 euros. What can I do now?Lawyer
The best thing is to let us know in writing that you have not ordered anything or that you do not want the product, in which case you will not pay. The company will have to provide evidence. If you have ordered something but not received it, then put the company in default and cancel the purchase if delivery does not take place.Lawyer
So you placed an order at a webshop and then received nothing? What was/is agreed about the shipping? I assume that the webshop offered the shipping method and did not indicate a specific other method to you? Please note, I mean that the webshop does not offer the shipping method. You can state that you have not received anything and in principle it is up to the webshop/seller to prove that. Is there a track and trace code? What was agreed about the delivery date, has that been a long time ago? The amount of the order doesn't seem the most relevant to me.Lawyer
You are asking your question in the consumer law section, so I assume that you are a consumer. You are therefore protected by legislation, which states, among other things, that an order is only completed when the ordered product is in your possession. The shipment is therefore at the risk of the seller. The seller will not only have to prove that the product has been shipped, but also that it has been received by you. Until then, you do not owe any payment. Incidentally, the amount of the order does not play a role in the law (perhaps with the seller, as internal policy, but that has nothing to do with you).Take the next step
