Help with legal questions after abuse

Hello, I was seriously abused by my child's father. We lived in Germany. The police are handling the case, and a one-month restraining order was issued. I'm back in the Netherlands now, but I have all sorts of questions. In short: My current registration address is still my old one in Haarlem, but I don't live there and I'm not eligible for benefits.
