Am I eligible for a pro bono lawyer? I live in Bonaire (Caribbean Netherlands), my ex-partner claims alimony for our daughter, who lives with him in the Netherlands. I can demonstrate that I am unfortunately not able to achieve this financially.Lawyer
Please check www.rvr.org to see if you qualify. As far as I know, you are eligible. Litigation from Bonaire in the Netherlands through a lawyer in the Netherlands should be possible. I do not know if you plan to come to the hearing from Bonaire, but that is not necessary if you trust the lawyer enough to speak on your behalf.
