Pension entitlement and matters after relationship breakdown

Questioner

Hello, My partner has been running off with someone else for 2 months. We were together for 21 years and have a cohabitation contract. During our time together, he built two businesses. One he owns with a partner (a private limited company), and the other is his own (a private limited company). Both companies also own commercial properties. I started working part-time and always gave him every opportunity to build his business. He often had to travel abroad for work, and I never hindered him. I kept things running smoothly at home and took care of our two dogs. He also has a privately managed pension plan (DGA) in the business, which he owns alone. I don't know about the other company. Our cohabitation contract states the following about pensions: 1. The parties mutually designate each other as beneficiaries of a partner's pension. They accept these mutual designations. The parties acknowledge that, in order to be eligible for a partner's pension, they must meet all requirements set forth in the relevant pension plan.

But what is your question?

My question is whether I can claim his business and his self-managed pension.
