Assistance with Min-Max Contracts in Home Care

Hello, Since April 1st, I've had a minimum-maximum contract of 2-4 hours per week with my former employer in home care. They're currently only paying me for 2 hours per month, even though I work multiple hours per week. The payroll department says the hours exceeding my two hours are overtime, and I therefore need to have them approved by my team leader every month. My question is: is this true? Greeting,

During the first 6 months the employer must pay for all hours worked as usual. Does your employee have fewer than 15 guaranteed hours per week? And no fixed working hours? Then you pay at least 3 hours' wages for each call, even if the work is only for 2 hours. Do you have any questions? Please feel free to ask.
