Help with Legal Questions about WMO Support

Tav Ditta Vos-Mulder Dear Mrs. Vos-Mulder, Last June 11th, I contacted you about my neighbor with MS who needs an electric door opener, but neither the homeowners' association (VVE) nor the Social Support Act (WMO) are willing to help her. It's now mid-September, and the WMO has indicated they don't intend to help her. The VVE board member is currently on vacation, and time just keeps ticking away. I sent the municipality a document I'd found on Rijssenbeek.nl about the Social Support Act (WMO) and disability support. Unfortunately, it didn't help. My neighbor now leaves the door open, but then she receives all sorts of complaints from the other residents. As you can imagine, she's at her wits' end, and I'm at my wits' end as well. What can you specifically do for her, or what can she do? I'd love to hear from you. Kind regards, M. Helmich
