Seizure by Bailiff: What to Do?

Questioner

LS Based on a judgment of the subdistrict court, the bailiff obtained an enforceable title against BVA in C. Today we received a letter at the address of BV B in D. stating that the bailiff will seize assets on November 14th in order to collect the claim against BV A. BV A and BV B are separate legal entities. Does the seizure of BV B then seem unlawful? Yours sincerely

Questioner

A judgment against BV A cannot simply be enforced against BV B. That does indeed seem unlawful. If you can't reach an agreement with the bailiff, I can assist you if needed.
