Who owns stored items?

A member (now a former member) stored makeup mirrors for a club for a long time (approximately 20 years). These mirrors were made by someone from the club and for the club. Now that this person is no longer a member, she believes the mirrors belong to her because they've been in her possession for so long. My question is who owns the mirrors now. Should we leave them with her, or do they belong to the association?Questioner
