Assistance with IOAW and Municipal Issues

I've been in the IOAW since February 2018. I never heard anything from the municipality until August 2019. I had to come to a personal interview and bring all the documents, including income statements for my wife (self-employed beauty salon), bank statements, etc. I went to the interview, but there was no response from the municipality as to why this was happening suddenly or why this action. In October, I received another invitation for an interview, and again, I had to submit all the documents again. This time, it was from two different people. I didn't answer why this information was needed again. In November, I received a letter from the municipality from a different person within the municipality, requesting that I submit all the documents again within one week, from the start of the IOAW in February 2018 to December 2019. There was no explanation as to why this was happening now or why there was no information yet about the status of the previous documentation. This week, I received another letter from the municipality stating that I had to submit additional documents, again to a different person, including timesheets from the beauty salon, volunteer hours, travel, outings, visas, etc. Is all this possible? It seems like I'm a fraud, or is that what they think? Isn't there a time limit for responses? Shouldn't they even explain why this information is really needed? They always say, "Additional information is required!" Do we only have obligations under the IOAW and no rights? They've been paying properly so far, but now I don't know where I stand.

Your partner's income is also relevant to your eligibility for IOAW. Therefore, you may request her income information. You only need to provide the same documents once. If someone wants the same documents again, they must explain why. Certain documents may warrant a request for additional documents. The municipality reserves the right to do so. A civil servant's name often includes their job title. This title often provides some clues. If no title is listed, you can inquire about the reasons for the constant rotation of civil servants.
