Hello. I would like to ask the following questions. I have a house with an extension with a toilet, kitchen, bedroom, actually turned into a studio. Now I want to rent it out, but the person wants to apply for benefits. Will the municipality agree to this? Or can I rent it to a person who works. I look forward to hearing from you.Questioner
If you own the studio, you can, in principle, rent it to that person. If there's a mortgage on the property, the mortgage lender may prohibit renting in their terms and conditions.
