Advice on employment disputes: Your rights as an employee

Questioner

Hello. I've been working in a franchise store for 16.5 years. Now I'm being forced to be a manager on Sundays. I get an extra hour every Sunday for that. I'm over 60 and I don't want this at all. My question is to what extent can they force me to do this? My contract is for a sales assistant.

Such a drastic change to employment conditions cannot simply be implemented unilaterally by the employer. If you cannot reach an agreement with your employer, I, as a specialized employment law attorney, may be able to help.
