Min-Max Employment Contract: What are your rights?

Questioner

Min/Max employment contract, I have an employment contract of at least 50 and a maximum of 90 hours per 4-week period. Over the past 5 years I have worked an average of 75 hours per period (incl. paid days/hours off). Is my employer obliged to adjust my employment contract to a minimum of 75 and a maximum of 90 if I request this? Can this also depend on the poor economic situation?

Lawyer

You have a min-max contract and your employer does not have to adjust the minimum number of hours.
