A while ago, I was contacted by a recruiter. The interview went well, and he sent my CV to the company in question. He couldn't reach the company again after that. Perhaps the company prefers to find a candidate themselves. The job posting is still online. Am I entitled to send my CV to the company again?

Unless you've agreed otherwise, you can always send your resume to the company. It might be a good idea to CC the recruiter.
