Maximum Height of Shrubs and Hedges: What Is Allowed?

How high can vegetation be in my front yard if it is outside the prohibited zone? So if I have a shrub more than 50 cm from the property line with my neighbors, what is the maximum height the shrub can be?

This isn't relevant for shrubs and hedges taller than 50 cm. They may extend higher than the property line, but be careful if the shrub isn't a tree, as a different distance of 2 meters applies.
