Legal Question about Breaks in the Hospitality Industry?

Hello I have a question, I work 9 hours a day (45 hour contract, hospitality industry collective labor agreement) and in addition have a 1 hour mandatory break (15 min, 30 min, 15 min) nothing is reimbursed for the hour break. So I am at work 10 hours and get paid for 9 hours. Is this allowed? and how many breaks are mandatory or what is the minimum break I can take?Lawyer
