Easement and Right of Way: Questions and Answers

Hello, My question is, the neighbors have the right of way and do they ride their bicycles and motorcycles across my garden to get to theirs and walk back and forth with their dog several times a day? I find it irritating because lately they do it more often. Thanks in advance

What does the easement deed or purchase agreement state about this? How long have they been doing this? You don't have to tolerate anything more than what was agreed upon, so no expansions, and the easement must be exercised in the least onerous manner.
