Rights for compulsory leave days

Can my employer write off my mandatory leave or let me make it up on another day if he closes the store on my regular working day(s) because he expects few customers?

If your employer closes his shop in such a case, then that is at his expense and risk. You are simply entitled to wages and cannot be deducted from your vacation days if you do not agree to this.
