Legal Assistance with Divorce and Parenting Issues
Questioner
best My ex and I sat with a mediator. However, after several sessions, it was concluded without any results. This means nothing has been legally or legally established. but in the meantime all kinds of agreements have been made. Can I inform my ex of these agreements? or is diet no longer legally valid. For example, when registering my children, I apparently didn't fill out a form regarding parental authority. I don't have that now children do bear my surname. and my ex, for example, has now moved to a rental house in another city. she has decided that the children will go to another school. however without my involvement. She also went to live there while we were going to opt for co-parenting. but for example nothing has been arranged yet regarding allocation limitation. How do I know what I have to pay and what are the rules? I think she also registers the children out of the parental home (owner-occupied home) so also includes all tax surcharges etc... My ex has moved out of the house (home we own) and we are now investigating whether I can take over/buy out or sell it. we also have a holiday home where she lives She wants me to respect her privacy and not just show up on her doorstep. I respect that. but what about the house you own? I live there and at this moment she walks in at every opportunity I also want my privacy and have indicated this, but she says I also want this from me. and come when I want... I have considered putting a temporary different lock on the door. can i do that? with the condition that if she wants to come to the house she can make an appointmentQuestioner
If you wish to be granted parental responsibility for the children alongside your ex, you will need to file a request with the court. You will need a lawyer for this. Because the mediation was unsuccessful, you cannot hold her to the agreements made there unless you both still agree. It's impossible to directly determine how much you would have to pay in child support; calculations must be made. The LBIO (Legal Support Agency) can do this if you both agree. The costs are relatively low. Otherwise, a lawyer will have to look into this for you. You can also request temporary sole rights to the jointly owned home in court, preventing her from entering it at will. If you wish, please contact them.Take the next step
