What are my rights when an employment contract is terminated?

Dear Legal Aid Clinic, I live in the Netherlands and have been working for a Belgian employer since October 2018. Now the employer wants to get rid of me - something I don't mind - while I have indicated that I may want to continue working for the company in another position. I am also working 50% now because the work was all getting too much for me. The employer has already drawn up a document to terminate the employment contract by mutual agreement. I would like to seek some advice from you so that my interests are well defended in the termination agreement. Could you help me with this? Thank you very much in advance, greetings Bram
