How do we get our daughter's money back?

Dear Mr Frank Visser, We are 87 and 83 years old and have been married for 60 years, of which my wife is demented. On 6 February 2018 my wife was in care and our daughter withdrew € 2500 from her account with the description; Balance guarantee for Mrs Francken.. Now we can use the money well but she does not intend to transfer it. Could you help us with that, Kind regards,Lawyer
