Good afternoon, I have a question. We had a PVC floor laid and I am not satisfied. He gave me a 1000 euro discount because he thinks we will not be able to reach an agreement. I don't know what I prefer. 1000 euro discount or not, but a nice floor. What can I do? If I decide to go for the beautiful floor?
