My friend is divorced and he and his ex-wife have agreed that they are entitled to both halves of their pensions. Now my boyfriend is 2 years older than her. Does that mean that when my boyfriend retires he has to pay that part to her, but gets nothing in return because she still doesn't get a pension for 2 years? Then he would get half a pension and nothing from her back for 2 years?Lawyer
