Can I cancel a purchase if the product is delivered late?

I ordered and paid for a battery tool set from a well-known store on November 9, € 1294.94. Still haven't received it. I wrote an email and got the answer that there was a delay at the company that supplies the items and that it could only be delivered in December or even later. I called the company and this is indeed correct, but a vague answer that they cannot provide a definitive answer as to why this is and how long it will take. I asked the store for my money back, but they won't do this. It's now been more than 2 months and there is still no prospect of delivery. Am I within my rights to cancel the purchase and get my money back despite all kinds of conditions regarding delivery? According to the law, it is the case... no delivery means a refund!?Lawyer
The law assumes a reasonable term for delivery, but does not specify the period within which delivery must be made. This depends on the case and the circumstances. In your case, if there are no special circumstances, it is unreasonable that you have to wait until December. In that case, you can have the purchase cancelled.
