Do I have to go to court for my energy bill?

Dear I have had a problem with an old energy supplier for a year now As a single woman, they want to charge me 12,000 euros for gas and electricity for a house of 74 square meters. They write that their calculations are based on estimates and that they did not have my initial meter readings from 2010 ???? despite the fact that I have reported various positions since 2012. They have now called in a bailiff so I am obliged to go to court with this. May I have your advice? Kind regards LisetteLawyer
The energy provider should have discovered this earlier: in my opinion, the claim has expired from the years 2010-2015. Whether there will indeed be a recalculation, I do not know without access to the data.Take the next step
