What to do if you are falsely accused of indecent acts with a minor?

My father is falsely accused of the following; My sister has a stepdaughter. She comes from an unstable family (both on her father's side, or on my sister's side and her mother's side) She has slept over at my father's a few times (not her grandfather) but went with her half-brother (my father's real grandson) to grandpa's. There she found peace and tranquility. On both the father's and mother's side there is a lot to do with drugs, violence, shouting, arguing, etc. On both sides the parents have a new partner with 2 new children each. She has a very hard time with that. Now she said that my father touched her. No one believes her but my sister does. She has now sent my father a WhatsApp message saying that he has to transfer €7500 to her account and then they look the other way and forget about it. What can we do now? There is (still) no report filed from their side. (happening on Friday)
