Dear, Can someone help me with the settlement agreement. I am asking this for my wife, she is Chinese and speaks mainly English. She has now been offered an agreement by her employer and I would like to have it checked by you. It is in English because it is an internationally oriented company. She has been working for the company for over 8 years and we want to part ways in an amicable manner.
