I ordered a box spring online on January 21st. This bed was supposed to be available from stock. All this time, the same bed is still online as available for immediate delivery. However, I still have not received the bed. Of course I called earlier, then it became 3 weeks delivery time. Later called again and then it was 'delivered to us from week 9, then you will get a delivery appointment'. All times only contacted from my initiative, never from them. Can I cancel my purchase due to unfulfilled agreements without additional costs for me?
