What to do if the invoice is more expensive than the quote
Questioner
We have requested a quote for a back order of T-shirts. The first time I ordered these 100 pieces they cost 11.60 each. This time I got 2 quotes: 50 pieces of fruit off the loom soft spun at 13.50 total >> 777.50 100 pieces of fruit off the loom soft spun at 10.07 total >> 1107.50 We ordered 50 and to my dismay I received a much higher invoice amount of 17.14 per shirt and a total of 1183.02. We are a small company with a webshop and feel at the very least misled and even a little bit ripped off. What is your advice regarding response to the company, we have not yet paidLawyer
It is about what you have agreed exactly in terms of specifications, quantity and price. That is leading, not what ultimately ends up in the invoice. You should request an adjustment of the invoice with reference to the agreement, if it is not correct.Take the next step
