Is it movable or immovable?

Questioner

At the moment I am in a very unexpected divorce and I am currently fighting for every euro. Quite a few 'movables' are forgotten. Everything is a point of discussion. And everywhere I ask for help to see what my rights are. The appraiser will come soon and in advance I would like to know whether the following items are movable or immovable. - pleated blinds (only attached to the frame at the top left and right) - electric fireplace (freestanding, but with a sealant edge around it to keep out silverfish) - mosquito nets that you can remove from the window - screen door (attached to the frame at a few points) - wooden shutters on the outside of the house to keep out the sun I look forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely

In my opinion only the wooden shutters are not movable. The most important aspect is that you should be able to remove the items without significant costs and without causing significant damage.
