Sale of a recreation park with my permanent mobile home 9 m. long with permanent closed veranda 9 m.
Questioner
Owner of recreation park wants to sell his recreation park (will possibly/probably get a big bag of money for this!). Now we (I have been at this recreation park for 11 years this year from 1 March to 31 October, total costs € 1900.00 per season, parking fee!) may be forced to make way for a new owner, who will undoubtedly want to build holiday homes. Can I just be forced to leave with my 9-metre-long mobile home with a permanent covered 9-metre-long closed veranda (we are here from 1 March to 31 October every year)? If we are forced to leave, are we entitled to compensation? It is virtually impossible to demolish everything, that is capital destruction. If we are forced to leave, are we entitled to compensation or can we simply stay on the park when the recreation park is sold? Please give your opinion on this.Lawyer
Ultimately, yes, if there is a sound plan. Hopefully, the Recron conditions will apply to you. They discuss in great detail what needs to be done and the compensation story.Questioner
The owners are not members and/or affiliated with Recron! Please give your advice/opinion on this. Kind regards, Jerry EgterLawyer
Then the conditions and the law and possibly case law apply. But given the fact that (thoroughly tested against the law) Recron conditions allow such buy-outs in connection with restructuring, it does mean that it is reasonable and so you can expect the same end result in a non-Recron case.Take the next step
