Is it allowed for the neighbor's gutter to hang on our property?

Our neighbors placed their new spacious garden house exactly on the property line at the end of 2020. The excess of the roof and the gutter now hangs generously on our property. Unfortunately, this happened without consultation. Is this allowed? We have a good relationship with the neighbors, but find this a bit strange. We would like to have a calm conversation with them. As the owner of the land, you are, as it were, also the owner of the air directly above it. It is not permitted to build anything on your land or have part of a building above your land without your permission. You can certainly hold your neighbours accountable for this.
