Can the landlord evict me?

I have been living in a private rental home since 08-07-2019, and I have a contract until 09-07-2021 (2 years). The landlord indicates that he wants to sell the home and wants me to leave the home as of 09-07-21. Can he just do that?

If the notice of termination takes place outside that period of time, a lease for an indefinite period of time is created. The judge cannot rectify this.
