On January 18, 2021, I sold my car via Website 'x' to a car dealer. The buyer came to my home to view the car and took it for a test drive and bought it that same evening. On March 24, 2021, I received a call from a lawyer for the dealer saying that the car had defects and that they wanted to hold me responsible for them. I myself know nothing about the defects mentioned, except for one point that we discussed on the evening of the sale. It has been more than 2 months and they are only now coming up with this story. Could this become a case and isn't it way too late since there is more than 2 months between them?
