Can I place my greenhouse and shed against the property line with my neighbours?

Questioner

I would like to place a greenhouse and a shed in my garden, both 3 by 4 metres, so 12 square metres. I would like to do this against the border with the neighbours (the greenhouse at the neighbours on the side and the shed at the neighbours behind). We do not have a fence at either. There is a dilapidated fence of about 50cm high between our garden and the neighbours on the side, I want to place the greenhouse right next to it. The chicken coop at the neighbours behind is about half a metre from the property boundary, I want to place the shed next to it. Can I place the greenhouse and shed against the border?

Lawyer

Yes, that is allowed. You do not have to keep distances as when planting trees and shrubs.
