Can I place my greenhouse and shed against the property line with my neighbours?

I would like to place a greenhouse and a shed in my garden, both 3 by 4 metres, so 12 square metres. I would like to do this against the border with the neighbours (the greenhouse at the neighbours on the side and the shed at the neighbours behind). We do not have a fence at either.
