We wanted to buy kittens. We came to someone via Marktplaats. She had a kitten for sale. But it soon turned out that it was given to her children (we later found out that the cat is already 7 months old). Then she offered us a new litter and in our enthusiasm we had to quickly choose new ones, because she had more suitors, she said. So under pressure we had to decide what we wanted. Now a few weeks later we have come to the decision that it is not wise. Can we get the deposit back or is she in the right?
