How do I find out if I am entitled to my 13,000 savings that I had before I got married?

I had 13,000 euros in savings before I got married, I paid this to the notary after we got married as my own money for our home. I assumed that it was agreed that I wanted that money back in the event of a divorce. However, that was not agreed upon by the notary. We got married on 6.8.2019 and had limited community of property. Now we are getting divorced and I wonder if I am still entitled to that 13,000 euros.
