When do you work part-time according to the law?
Questioner
According to my collective labor agreement I have to report secondary activities when I work full-time. My employer is affiliated with the collective labor agreement recreation which has a 38-hour workweek. I have a contract for 34 hours a week and I wonder if a contract of 34 hours a week is considered part-time? I hope you can help me with the right information. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerelyLawyer
If the CAO stipulates a 38-hour workweek, then that is fulltime. Anything less is part-time. In your case, you have a part-time factor of 89.5%.Take the next step
