The rental properties in the street in question are sold by the housing association. The tenant has the first choice. In recent years, several houses from this street have been sold. People could register for these and first-time buyers were given priority. At the time of writing, we are dealing with a new housing association. Now our neighboring house has been bought by the tenant within a month and sold to her son. Not a first-time buyer but a middle-aged person who sold his own house for a generous amount. The former tenant has passed away. Has a game been played here and is this allowed?
